To meet the small radius requirement of elevator and high-end decoration industries, CNC VÂ Grooving machine is mainly developed to make a V-shaped cut or channel along the surface of different metal sheets including stainless steel, ordinary steel, aluminum, copper. This cut along the fold line acts as a hinge, facilitating the bending of metal sheets to have a relatively small bending radius. The depth, width and angle of the cut or channel depends on how deep the blade of V Grooving machine get into the sheet and the shape of the blade.

Blue Blue White’s horizontal v grooving machine is built with a big platform for easy sheets loading and unloading. The working principle is the blade carriers move left and right sitting on a beam with a double linear guide rail, high speed and precise gear racks, ball screws with large pitches, driven by a high torque servo motor and an imported star reducer. With the beam moving back and forth, the blade carrier reaches the whole sheet effectively and stably.
â– Â Stability and longevity, a rigid steel frame and worktable coming from high-temperature tempering for the whole steel frame and worktable after welding, internal tension totally removed, frame deformation avoided.
â– Â Precise, blade carriers are driven by heavy-duty servo motor left and right, and taken by the beam back and forth, moving on a high accuracy gear and grinding rack. The grooving process is stable, and the groove result is smooth and even.
â– Â Efficiency, 2 directions grooving option. No need to rotate the sheet on worktable to save working time. Dxf drawing import function supported.
â– Â Flexibility, smart positioning of hydraulic movable holders, to avoid collisions with the blade carrier with minimum moving frequency.
â– Â Quality guaranteed by international brand parts including TaiWan SYNTEC servo motor, TaiWan J&T grinding rack, Siemens variable-frequency main motor.
â– Â Easy to use. The numerical control program design is reasonable and easy to master, which can be completed only by inputting the keyboard and processing program. According to the different materials, the knob can be used to adjust the processing speed for the convenience of the operator.Â

V grooving machines are suitable for elevator, decoration, appliances, props and display industries, which industries require high accuracy.
V grooving machines are also used for specified stainless steel fabrication as below.
1. too small flanges that cannot be bent by press brake without v grooving.
2. For complicated parts, collision will happen if bent on press brake, the part can be bent by hand after v grooving.
3. When operator won’t waste time programming for only one or pieces on press brake, then v grooving can be used to mark bending lines.
Horizontal v grooving machine is mainly for easy loading and unloading, one operator involved, less space occupation and less investment demand.
